The National Monuments Service's description

On a NE-facing slope in pasture. Depicted on the 1837 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a roughly D-shaped enclosure with the designation ‘Fort’. The monument has been levelled and all that survives is the remains of a scarp (H 0.1-0.8m) from WSW–W–N and from E–SE–S.
