The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture. A raised circular area (diam. 30.5m) enclosed by a substantial bank of earth and stone (Wth 5.2-6.6m; H 1-1.4m), with a wide, deep, partially waterlogged external fosse (Wth 6-7.2m; D 0.15-1.4m) from WSW-E-SW. A break (Wth 2m) in the bank at E may mark the original entrance.
