The National Monuments Service's description
Associated with a holy well (LF006-025001-). An irregularly shaped boulder (H 0.18m; 0.5m x 0.47m) is concreted into the NW side of the well. It contains two small circular depressions (diam c. 0.15m; D 0.05m; diam. c. 0.1m; D 0.04m) which, according to local tradition, mark the imprints of St Patrick's knees.
