The National Monuments Service's description
On a steep NE-facing slope of a drumlin. A raised circular area (diam. c. 38m) enclosed by a substantial bank of earth and stone (Wth 6.4-7.3m; H 0.6-1.55m). At its external base is a wide low berm (Wth 5-6m), which presumably marks the outline of an infilled fosse that was noted in 1990 (SMR file), along with the possible original entrance at E. The latter feature is no longer identifiable. The rath is overgrown with scrub.
