The National Monuments Service's description
Located on a low-lying landscape and within a farmyard. This is a low D-shaped mound (dims 15m E-W; 8m N-S; H 0.5m) backing onto an E-W field bank and drain at S, but with no trace of it beyond these features. The mass-rock (LE036-043002-) is on the mound.
The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J. Moore (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2003). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
