The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in improved pasture on a slight N-S ridge in a low-lying landscape and c. 100m S of the SE corner of Drumgilra or Gortinty Lough. It was first identified by Susan Curran as part of an M.A. thesis with University College Dublin using a LiDAR survey dataset commissioned by Leitrim County Council and the National Roads Authority. This is a circular area (diam. 22m) defined by a low scarp which is best preserved (at W: Wth 3.1m; H 0.55m) SW-NW. There is no visible evidence of a fosse or entrance. Rath (LE032-077----) is c. 130m to the SE.
