The National Monuments Service's description

A carved bishop's head (LE027-079007-) is set up over a shouldered graveslab (L 2.17m; Wth 0.65-0.95m; T 0.1m) with no inscription but with a carving in relief that is thought to represent a candle, a pat of butter and a loaf of bread, relating it to the folktales about the hospital or hostel for pilgrims (LE027-079005-) on Mong Hill (Butler 1932). A central raised circle, probably representing the Host is surrounded by radiating raised ribs.
