The National Monuments Service's description
Situated towards the bottom of a gentle E-facing slope. This is a grass-covered D-shaped or sub-rectangular platform (dims 20.5m E-W; 19m N-S; H 0.7m) defined by a round-bottomed fosse (Wth of top 6-6.6m; D 0.2m) truncated slightly by a field bank at N, beyond which there is no evidence of the monument. The original entrance is not identified.
