The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in a low-lying landscape c. 70m W of a bay (max. dims c. 150m N-S; c. 130m E-W at N) at the SW angle of Lough Nacarriga. It is depicted only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map. This is a grass-covered circular rise (diam. 12m; H 0.4m) with an indistinct edge. Coolkill church (LE024-024001-) is c. 100m to the WNW.
