The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a steep SE-facing slope. It is indicated only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a circular feature planted with trees. This is a circular overgrown area (diam. 46m E-W; 45m N-S) defined by a earthen bank, which survives best at N (Wth 3m;H 0.8m). It is planted with mature deciduous trees and the remnants of a WSW-ENE roadway from a house that was called Glasdrumman House c. 200m to the SW run through the interior, The tree-ring (LE015-148----) is c. 75m to the NW.
