The National Monuments Service's description
Indicated as a sweat house only on the 1835 ed. of the OS 6-inch map with no houses in the vicinity. It is situated on the W bank of a S-N stream, c. 20m from the stream and on a slight N-facing slope on the floor of Glenfarne valley. There is a small flat-topped grass-covered mound (dims of base 5m E-W; 4.1m N-S; H 0.2m-0.3m) which may have had its entrance at N.
