The National Monuments Service's description

Located at the crest of a small hillock with a S-N section of the Scardan River c. 100m to the W. This is a grass and scrub-covered circular area (diam. 30m E-W; 28m N-S) defined by a slight bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.8m) NW-N, which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.4m) down to the interior N-E, and a (H 1-1.3m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance. Souterrain (LE012-005002-) is in the interior.
