The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a NW-facing slope of rising land in upland mountain pasture. This is one of a group of five house sites (LE010-076/078/079/081) in close proximity to each other that are probably part of an 18th century clustered upland settlement in the form of a clochan with associated outbuildings. Slightly raised subrectangular platform with a slightly sunken interior (int. dims 3m NW-SE x 2.5m SW-NE) defined by a low earthen bank (Wth 1.4m; ext. H 0.2m) which is orientated along the slope of the land on which it is situated. A low upright stone in the middle of the SW side of the house may indicate a possible entrance feature (Wth 0.7m) with the slightest suggestion of another entrance feature on the NE side.
