The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a low ridge. Church (LA033-010) described as measuring 39 feet in length and 35.5 feet in width withdoorwall in south wall (Carrigan 1905, vol. 2, 345). No visible surface remains except a rubble limestone wall running E-W for 10m. No visible remains of graveyard.
Described by Carrigan as'Clonmeen Church (LA033-010) is about 200 yards south of the Abbey (LA033-009001-). No interments have taken place, nor are there any traces of graves. Nevertheless there was a very large graveyard all around the church' (Carrigan 1905 vol. 2, 345).
No graveyard area indicated on current edition of the OS 6-inch map.
