The National Monuments Service's description

Dedicated to St. Fintan (Comerford 106-107). It consists of the ruins of a divided nave and chancel church (LA029-025), built with roughly coursed limestone blocks. An opening in the East end of the South wall may represent the doorway. No opening between nave and chancel. Otherwise featureless.

Irregularly shaped graveyard (int. dims. 49m N-S; 48m E-W) enclosed by a stone wall containing post 1700 AD memorials. Church located in N quadrant of graveyard.
