The National Monuments Service's description
Carrigan (1905, vol. 2, 341) refers to a mound, to S of ringfort (LA028-057003-), which was circular, '40 ft. in diameter (c. 12m) and 9 ft. high (c. 2.7m)'. It was levelled around 1850, and was found to contain a large quantity of human bones.
