The National Monuments Service's description

Cropmark of enclosure appears on aerial photograph (CUCAP: BGN 56-7). Aerial photograph (GB91.EK.13) taken in 1991 shows cropmark of a circular enclosure defined by a fosse; a conjoined ring-ditch (LA026-014001-) located on the north-western side of the enclosure is visible on the OSI orthophotos for 1995 and 2005 (Dr. G. Barrett 1991).
