The National Monuments Service's description

New monument uncovered during centre line testing by Eoghan Moore under licence number 03E0126 in advance of the M7 Heath-Mayfield motorway scheme. Monument was then excavated by Gary Conboy for V. J. Keeley Ltd. Under licence number 03E0678.

Described as site H,, which revealed in trench 2, five pits the fill and shape of which were similar to those excavated on the site of a fulacht fiadh (LA009-045/046) located 10m to the W (Bennett 2006, 288-9).
