The National Monuments Service's description
Situated close to mountain top in afforested land now felled. A circular area (diam. c. 25m diam) delimited by an earthen bank (Wth c. 2m; ext. H 1m) and an external fosse (Wth 1m).
Monument inspected on the 21/09/2018 and described as a circular shaped area (approx. int. diam. 20m) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2m; H 1m) with an external fosse (D 1m) visible from S-NW. The monument bank is truncated at S by drainage ditches running E-W across the monument. The S edge of the monument is very close to modern forestry road.
