The National Monuments Service's description
In the corner of the chancel of Ballygurrim church (KK041-007001-). A floor slab with a Latin inscription in Roman capitals commemorating Robert Den of Ballybussher (d. 1626), and his wife Johanna Aylward. The slab has a large cross in relief down the centre at each side of which are emblems of the Passion. (Carrigan 1905, vol. 4, 88-9; Cockerham 2009, 356)
