The National Monuments Service's description

In the graveyard (KK032-017020-) at the Augustinian Priory (KK032-017004-) in Inistioge. A floor slab with ‘IHS’ and a cross in relief in the centre and a Latin inscription in Black Letter around the edge commemorating Peter Joyce and his wife Elena Tobin. The slab is dated c. 1600. (Carrigan 1905, vol. 4, 112; Cockerham and Harris 2001, 186)
