The National Monuments Service's description

Associated with the medieval church of Newtown Earley (KK027-012001-). A large number of graveslabs were uncovered during a clean-up of graveyard (KK027-012009-) in 1985-7 (Harte 1987, 408-17). These are currently lying within the interior of the church.
The lower portion of a graveslab (surviving L 0.78m; Wth at base 0.38m). It is decorated with the incised terminal of the cross-shaft, consisting of four double-lined circles in a cross arrangement. Harte noted another much eroded fragment (KK027-012031-), with the suggestion of similar decoration, which may form part of the same graveslab. Stylistically this graveslab dates to the 13th/14th century. (Harte 1987, 410-11, no. 14).
