The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture. Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map as a roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 36m) with a field boundary running along the perimeter in the SE quadrant. Between 1839 and the revision of the OS map in 1899-1902 a railway line was constructed running NW-SE through the E sector of the monument. The monument is visible as a cropmark on satellite imagery (Google Earth, imagery date 17 June 2017).
