The National Monuments Service's description
In St George’s Church, Goresbridge, previously known as St Mary’s Church. The font was moved here from the medieval church of Powerstown (KK025-007001-), Powerstown East, which lies 3.1km to the SSW, in c. 1812 (see KK025-007002-) (Grattan-Bellew 1979, 45).
