The National Monuments Service's description
In the nave of St. Martin's medieval church (KK020-009001-). One of two 13th/14th-century graveslabs (see also KK020-009004-) standing upright inside the S wall of the nave, immediately E of the S doorway. A tapering limestone slab (H 1.09m above ground level; Wth 0.67m at broader upper end; T 0.15m) with a narrow chamfer (Wth 0.05m) about its perimeter. The E face is decorated with a three-armed incised cross-head with lozenge and fleur-de-lis terminals. There is a circular knop beneath the cross-head consisting of two concentric incised lines with two curving concentric lines rising from this knop on either side of the cross-shaft to meet the lower incised lines of the lozenge. The cross-shaft consists of two parallel incised lines and the cross-base is not visible as it is below ground level.
