The National Monuments Service's description
From Tintern Abbey (WX045-027001-) Cistercian monastery, Co. Wexford. Currently in the OPW store, Kilkenny (Kilkenny depot stone carving number: KD050). A roughly pentagonal block of stone (H 0.335m; Wth 0.32m; T 0.15m) with diagonal tooling on the back. This functioned as a springer stone for two chamfered arches (Wth of chamfer 0.085m).
