The National Monuments Service's description

In the OPW store, Kilkenny (Kilkenny depot stone carving number: KD045). A roughly triangular limestone fragment (Wth 0.73m; H 0.29m; D 0.27m) of a two-light round-headed opening. On one face, the front, the spandrels on either side of the opening are decorated with a vegetal motif. On the back face the spandrels are decorated with chisel tooling within plain margins.
