The National Monuments Service's description

At St Mary's parish church (KK019-026115-) in Kilkenny, reused in the W face of the 1804 cross wall in the graveyard of the church (Ó Drisceoil 2006, 43). Fragment of a front panel from a 16th-century chest tomb, composed of fossiliferous limestone. It is decorated with six pointed niches containing foliate motifs in false relief. The base has been truncated as has the left. It is possibly from the same monument as KK019-026356-.
