The National Monuments Service's description

At St Mary's parish church (KK019-026115-) in Kilkenny. Fragment of a 13th/14th-century graveslab (L 0. 74m; Wth 0.45m; T 0.17), made from fossiliferous limestone, decorated with an incised cross-head with fleur-de-lis termini. Slots carved for two iron brackets truncate the cross-head. Reused in the W entrance pier main entrance gateway to the churchyard. Currently stored in St. Mary’s church graveyard (KK019-026156-).
