The National Monuments Service's description

Medieval house, probably 13th century, succeeding an earlier house (KK019-026278-), excavated (02E1592) by Ian Doyle on the N bank of the River Breagagh, Irishtown, 40m NW of the Irishtown Gate (KK019-026001-) on the town wall (Doyle 2004, 278; 2004, unpublished, 23; Doyle 2005, 266-8). The house (L c. 6.3m x Wth. 3.75m) was represented solely by a series of clay floor surfaces (Doyle 2004, unpublished, 23). Contemporary with a series of riverside reclamation structures (KK019-026245-).
