The National Monuments Service's description
A broad gravel ridge, running roughly E-W, on the E margins of the Nore and Dinin river valleys. There are excellent views in all directions. A roughly circular (diam. c. 32m) area on the top of the end of the ridge appears to have been modified to create a platform. Only a portion of the N sector survives and it is heavily overgrown. The greater part has now been removed by gravel quarrying.
