The National Monuments Service's description
On a flat terrace on the S side of a NW-SE valley, with land rising to the S, in reclaimed grassland. There are fine views to the N, E and W across and along the valley. Indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map as a roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m). On the 1900 revision OS 6-inch map the monument is not indicated, though there is a field boundary depicted running ESE-WNW immediately to the S. The enclosure appears to have been levelled between 1839 and 1900 and is not visible at ground level. Another enclosure (KK013-086----), also levelled, is indicated on the 1st ed. map c. 150m to the SW.
