The National Monuments Service's description

On the flat top of a narrow ridge, rising gently to the N, between two small N-S valleys, in reclaimed grassland. Identified on GSI aerial photograph (S453, 1:30,000). Though levelled this enclosure is visible as a circular area (diam. 50m) defined by a slight bank (H 0.2-0.3m; Wth 2-3m) and shallow external fosse (Wth c. 2m; D 0.3-0.4m), the latter only visible in the N quadrant. The bank is very faint in the S quadrant and is not visible in the W quadrant. The E edge of the monument runs along the E edge of the ridge, the natural drop of the ridge exaggerating the height of the bank. The interior slopes gently to the SE. The enclosure is visible on satellite imagery (Digitalglobe, viewed 30 March 2020).
