The National Monuments Service's description
On the crest of a ridge between two valleys running NW-SE, in reclaimed grassland. There are very fine views in all directions. A flat, circular platform (max. diam. 22m) enclosed by waterlogged fosse (Wth 2.5m; D c. 0.5m) and external undulating earthen bank (int. H c. 1.75m; ext. H c. 1m; Wth 5m). There is a causewayed entrance (Wth 5m) in the S quadrant.
