The National Monuments Service's description
On relatively level ground in gently sloping grassland, on the floor of the Dinin river valley. In wet terrain, with reeds. There is a well c. 100m to the NE. A layer of black earth and burnt stone was noted in an exposed face on the E side of a trackway.
