The National Monuments Service's description
On the Down Survey (1655-6) Fassadining barony map, there is a small cluster of three substantial houses on the E side of the River Nore and related to a crossing point over the river. The precise location is unknown but they may be located in Oldtown townland or in the southern portion of Ballyragget townland.
