The National Monuments Service's description
Near a spring well, just off brow of N-S ridge. According to the Archaeological Survey of Ireland monument file (11 August 1987) a fulacht fiadh was recorded here by the National Museum of Ireland in the 1970s. A field visit in 1987 revealed that the field had been tilled and the fulacht fia was not visible at ground level.
