The National Monuments Service's description
Two parallel linear cropmarks, c. 3m apart, identified on an aerial photograph (CUCAP, BGG 85, 1971). These appear to be the remains of a trackway, running E-W, towards the limekiln at the NW edge of a quarry. The quarry is depicted on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map, though it may be occupying the interior of an earlier enclosure (KK010-002004-). There are four ring-ditches in the vicinity (KK010-002001-; KK010-002002-; KK010-002003- and KK010-002005-) also identified on the aerial photograph. The trackway is likely to be of 18th/19th-century date.
