The National Monuments Service's description
In a very exposed position at the highest point on the hill, on the N edge of a terrace/plateau, in rolling upland grassland. There are very commanding views in all directions. A circular flat-topped platform (diam. 20m E-W, 17m N-S at top; 26m E-W; 23m N-S at base, H 1.4m - 2.2m).
