The National Monuments Service's description
In the corner of a reclaimed field in rolling pasture, a little above the valley floor. A ruined building is indicated on a Grand Jury Map (1809-19). It is not indicated on the 1st (1839) ed. OS 6-inch map or the 1900 revision. A sharp rise in the NE angle of the field may indicate where the building was located. The building is not visible at ground level.
