The National Monuments Service's description

In O'Kelly's (1969, 53), description of the townland of Earlsgarden, he mentions that, 'In Carrigan's Notes he records the Closh (Clais) as the site of an old chapel. The location of this chapel (also listed as KK004-025----) is unknown within the townland.
