The National Monuments Service's description

In rough hill pasture, on a N-facing slope, overlooking Kenmare Bay. A collapsed curvilinear stone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.5m) protrudes above the surface of the bog and extends to the SW for c. 14m. A similar type wall, situated a short distance to the S, runs upslope to the S for c. 75m and then veers to the SE for c. 20m. Several stones survive in an upright position. Rubble is scattered in the bog near the wall. There is a fulacht fia (KE109-03402-) c. 20m to the NE.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
