The National Monuments Service's description

One-storey vernacular house on the W side of the road just N of Ahadav Br. (KE108-010---). The front (E-facing) is of three bays with a central rectangular door ope, with a tongue-and-groove door, flanked on either side by a rectangular window ope with a sheet glass sash window. The house is gable-ended with a chimney on each gable and a loft window in the N gable end. The house is rendered but random rubble is visible where the render has fallen away. There is a recent lean-to addition to the rear. A stone outhouse with a loft is close to the S end of the house and at right angles to it. The house is not marked on the 1846 OS 6-onch map although some structures are present on the site.
