The National Monuments Service's description

This subcircular hut is contained within the enclosure wall at NW (KE106-007005-) and measures 4.1m NE-SW x 3.6m NW-SE internally. Its wall displays slight traces of corbelling at NE, where it stands to a maximum height of .6m and is 1.15m wide. lts base is faced with upright slabs along both faces. The entrance appears to have been at SE, where a gap now occurs.

The above description is derived from O'Sullivan, A. and Sheehan, J. (compilers) 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University press. (1996), no. 963. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
