The National Monuments Service's description
In rough hill pasture, on a S-facing slope, in the valley of the Coomeelan stream and within a network of relict field boundaries (KE103-006001-). The remains of an oval hut site (5.5m N-S; 3.8m E-W) defined by a well-preserved drystone wall (T 0.7m; H 1.2m). There is a boulder incorporated into the wall at N. The wall decreases in height N-S. There is an entrance (Wth 0.6m) at the SW. The N portion of the level interior is cut (D 0.7m) into the upslope and the S portion is elevated (H 0.3m) to compensate for the hillslope. There is another hut site (KE103-006006-) immediately to the W.
