The National Monuments Service's description
In rough pasture, near the NW bank of the Sheen River. A bowl-shaped hollow (0.25m x 0.22m; D 0.07m) occurs in the centre of a boulder (1.9m x 0.8m; H 0.6m) and a smooth oval stone rests in the water-filled hollow.This bullaun stone is known locally as a holy well and a cure for warts is attributed to it. There is a cliff-edge fort (KE102-101001-) c. 30m to the SSW.
