The National Monuments Service's description

This circular enclosure, marked on the first edition of the OS map, was located on the top of a low hill which affords excellent views in all directions. A series of N-S cultivation ridges (KE100-016001-) occupy this location and there is no visible trace of the enclosure.

The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J. Sheehan (compilers), 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University Press (1996), no. 777. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
