This poorly preserved caher is situated in level pasture on the S bank of a tributary of the Finglas river. Originally circular in outline, the site now assumes a roughly square delineation and features large quantities of collapse. The enclosing feature is best preserved in the N sector, where it is 2.8m wide and 1.7m high externally. It consists of a rubble core, faced on both sides with drystone masonry with larger slabs used externally. Its inner face appears to have been terraced, though this feature is completely obscured by overgrowth and rubble along the S sector. The step or terrace is .8m above internal ground level and is .4m wide. A small lintelled niche, filled with loose stone, is located in the inner wall-face at NE; it measures .6m x .6m x .8m deep. The original entrance to the site, 1.4m wide, is located at E and is marked externally by two slabs set on edge. These average .9m high and .8m wide, and the entrance passage contains a fill of stone collapse. The interior of the caher is occupied by much stone, but no structural features are apparent.
