The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture, on the N side of the valley of the Roughty River. An irregularly shaped area (32m E-W; 22m N-S) defined on the N side by outcropping rock (H 0.9m), on the E side by a faint linear bank (H 0.1m) and on the S and W sides by a low curving bank (Wth 1.7m; H 0.3m) of earth and stone. The level interior is raised c. 0.4m above the external ground level at S and SW. Graves are marked by uninscribed upright slabs (max. H 0.5m).
