The National Monuments Service's description

In a boggy area within a network of relict field boundaries (KE091-113002-). Stone slabs, which are embedded on the surface of the bog, indicate a partially obscured and damaged paved way (L c. 70m NE-SW; Wth c. 1.5m) along the side of a forest firebreak. Intermittent faint stretches of the paved way are evident further to the SW.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
